Service Description
The App provides alarm, timer, and schedule reminder features, with optional subscription-based premium functionality.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple. The App does not collect your payment details.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Free trials, if offered, are subject to the terms displayed on the purchase screen.
- Prices may vary by region or taxes, and Apple will notify you of price changes.
For refunds, please contact Apple Support. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
User Responsibilities
- Use the App lawfully and do not harm others or the service.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription validation, tamper with purchases, or reverse engineer the App.
Intellectual Property
The App and all related content (including UI, copy, and code) are protected by applicable laws. You may not use them without permission.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- We strive for reliable reminders but are not responsible for missed alerts caused by system, network, or device issues.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes or Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate parts of the service as needed, with reasonable notice where appropriate.
